ASB
collaborators

These
methods
were
used
to
establish
the
essential
baseline
of
comparability
between
sites
both
within
the
project
and
with
areas
being
studied
by
other
groups
(such
as
GCTE).
Data
collection
activities
began
on
vegetation
mapping,
household
and
community
surveys,
and
carbon
stock
measurements.
A
series
of
6
protocols
of
methods
for
research
on
climate
change
and
biodiversity
were
developed
via
a
collaborative
process
involving
members
of
the
multidisciplinary
teams
at
the
benchmark
sites:
